It's been a fantastic year!

2017 Wrap-up for Triumph

2017 for Jack Lilley Triumph has been an unforgettable one. This year there have been so many highlights and memories made along with fantastic new model announcements. 2017 especially has been a year of positive and near-constant development.

So, here is a 2017 wrap-up for Jack Lilley Triumph, noting some of the major stories that have taken place as the year has gone on.

  • Bike Nights- Jack Lilley in Ashford has been hosting bike nights at it’s dealership this year. Customers are invited to join other motorcyclists and the team to enjoy food, live music and all things two wheels. They have just hosted the Christmas bike night which will be the last for 2017 and lots of fun was had! Stay tuned for bike nights for next year which will be even busier and bigger!
  • New Releases- This year Triumph have released new and exciting additions to the motorcycle range and clothing collections. Earlier in the year we welcomed the news for two new additions to the Bonneville model line-up. The Bobber Black and Speedmaster have now arrived in store and we’re taking orders for many of our customers. The newest additions to the Triumph range are the new Tiger 800 & 1200. These models have also just arrived / expected soon in both our stores. Check out what our Jack Lilley Ashford customer Paul, thinks of the Tiger 1200 after his recent test ride.
  • T-fest- Back in April Jack Lilley hosted the T-Fest event at the dealership. The weekend of celebrating all things Triumph has always been a hit with our customers and we saw hundreds of you this year through our doors. T-Fest this year included food, live music, live motorcycle customising, exclusive offers and much more! Bring on T-Fest 2018.
  • Factory Opening- 2017 also saw the opening to the public of the Triumph factory in Hinckley. So much more than just a motorcycle museum, the Triumph Factory Visitor Experience tells the whole story of why people ride by bringing together a spectacular collection of historic and modern achievements in motorcycle design, engineering, racing and popular culture.
  • Distinguished Gentlemans Ride- This ride is a worldwide, organised, charity ride for men’s health. Triumph Motorcycles are the official sponsor and we got involved in a big way! Not only did our Jack Lilley teams take part in the ride, in which you dress up as a distinguished gentleman, we raised money for the chosen charities and managed to raise over £6,000 and made it to be one of the top fundraising groups in the world!

Through our shared love of Triumph and motorcycling, this year has brought us closer together to enjoy new releases, community events, competitions and charitable donations that really help us make our mark in the local community. Without doubt, it’s been a hugely successful 2017 for Jack Lilley Triumph and we’re sure that 2018 will be even better!
