Good evening from Vienna!

Brilliant service. Thank you for the update and for all your help. I am really excited about receiving the bike in Austria and will, of course, notify you when it arrives safely. I am blessed by some of the best riding roads in the world in the Alps south of Salzburg where I live. The Grossglockner Pass is 30 minutes from my house! As suggested, I will call you to talk through running in details and related.

At my age I have held a full bike license for almost 40 years and have never been without a bike. I have purchased getting on for 100 bikes over this time (yes, I am obsessed!) but have never experienced service and efficiency of the quality you have provided in the last few days. Please be assured that it is valued and respected, deeply.

I am excited about Milan on Saturday!

Yes I got to work with time to spare.  The Daytona is awesome to ride and feels so much better than the Ducati for everyday use. Thanks for the photos, they are now on facebook and I have received lots of positive comments. 

After having bought many new bikes in the past I just wanted to say that your customer service far surpasses anything I have experienced.   I would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone and would like to thank you personally for all your help and for going out of your way to make my bike collection easier

To all at Jack Lilley Triumph, I just wanted to say how impressed i am at your fist class service, i have just recieved some parts for my 1995 Speed triple today from you, I found your parts and mail order staff to be very helpful,and knowlegeable, and the parts arrived within two days as promised.

This is the second time i have dealt with you for parts, and will always be calling Jack Lilley first in future. I have owned and ridden Hinkley Triumphs since 1992, and own three at present. And i have to say if i am in the market for a new Triumph in the future, I will be happy to make the trip to Middlesex.

I did get my bike booked in with your company and it has been fine since.

Very impressed with your operation.

Loved getting a text to confirm booking and told when repairs completed. Appreciated being loaned a bike otherwise it would have been very difficult to arrange my life if I was bikeless.

I d like to thank your team for their help and advice when I had my Warrior mot,d.

Its always a nice experience when visiting your dealership,and thanks for the test drive on the rocket earlier in the year, if the planned house move had gone ahead , the garage that came with the house would have clinched the deal, unfortunately the rocket wont fit where I am at the moment.

May try again next year ,

Still love my warrior, but boyz and their toyz......

Just a brief note congratulating everyone at Jack Lilley on clinching 2009 Triumph dealer of the year award. This is a great achievement in what must have been a challenging year for all concerned. The level of customer service I personally received during 2009 (Thruxton & Speed Triple) more than justifies this award.

I have finally managed to get out on the 1050 Speed Triple and it is so good that I really cannot justify a new bike for the foreseeable future. What I can guarantee is keeping the parts department busy with the list of accessories I have lined-up for this year!

I had my Daytona 675 serviced last week and I thought I should let you know how pleased I was with the outstanding level of service your team gave me.

I was kept fully informed at every stage of the work by your polite and knowledgeable staff. When I dropped off and picked up the bike everyone was so nice and helpful. The service and warranty repair was completed ahead of schedule and only when I got home did I realise that the bike had been thoroughly cleaned and even the clock had been put right. Quite probably the best experience I have ever had having a bike serviced. Well done to all concerned and I wish you and your team a safe and happy Christmas.

I would just like to comment on 2 of your staff and the excellent service they gave myself and my
10 3/4 yr old son , Luke.
Kevin Hall , was very helpfull and friendly, allowing my son to sit on a range of bikes, moving them around so we could try the Daytona.
The other, i didn,t get her name ,but around 20 ish & she allowed Luke to try on a helmet & was very nice.
In this day and age i,m really impressed with good service & rest assured we will be back & hopefully, this time buy more than 2 Triumph mugs.

Just a quick note to say what fantastic service your mail order/online service give ,I have just recieved my dresser bars for my rocket after ordering them on monday and having just phoned my normal dealer to cancel my order with them (they are still maintaining a delivery date of November due to Triumph having No Stock ) .
Once again thanks I shall use this service again.

I have just purchased a Triumph Thruxton from yourselves and wished to pass
on my appreciation to you and in particular Kevin (Sales) with whom I dealt
with.

I never visited your dealership in person due to the distances involved, but
spoke almost daily with Kevin throughout the week to make the purchase,
payment and delivery.

I just wanted to let you know what a pleasure it was doing business with
him, throughout he was prompt, courteous and most of all honest.
The bike is exactly as he described it and is in immaculate condition, the
delivery was on time and I cannot fault any aspect of my service from him,
which these days is incredibly rare.
